How do I make payment for my order?

How many days do I need to order in advance?

It varies with cake shops/dealers. We highly recommend placing orders at least 3 days in advance. Please contact us for more information.

After ordering from Cakes and Events

How do I know if my order is successfully placed online?

After placing your order online, you will receive an email to inform you that your order has been successfully placed. Thereafter, the cake shop will get back to you within the same day or no later than 1-2 business days to confirm your order.

How do I modify/cancel my order after placing my order on Cakes and Events?

You can do so by contacting the cake shop directly after they’ve confirmed the order with you.

Will there be any cancellation charges should I cancel my order?

Cakes and Events do not charge you for orders cancellations. Different cake shops have different cancellation policies that will be shared when they contact you.

What happens if the cake I’ve ordered and paid online for is not available?

It usually does not happen. In the rare event that it does happen, full payment would be refunded to you in 5-7 working days to your credit card or payment method as the case may be.

Do I need to have a Cakes and Events account to make a Purchase?

No you don’t. Only dealers are allowed to sign-up.
